We receive many applications and at this stage, we are reviewing all suitable candidates' qualifications and experiences with our criteria and teams best interests.

Step 3: Talent Acquisition Screening or Interview
You have made the first shortlist. Our talent acquisition team are going to learn more about you through a video or telephonic interview and share the feedback with the teams.

Step 4: Interview with Hiring Manager
Our hiring manager or a key team member interviews will evaluate your competencies and technical skills.

Step 5: *Technical Assessment
Certain hiring processes include technical assessments to verify that you possess the experience and essential technical skills required for the position.

Step 6: Interview with the team or Head of Department
The Head of Department interview will be conducted for all roles we hire.

Step 7: Final Interview
For key hires, our C-suite Executives may request an interview.

Step 8: References
References will be requested from the top candidates.

Step 9: Congratulations!
The final decision will be based on the combined outcome of the preceding steps and your Talent Acquisition partner will let you know if you have been selected!
