Service Description
A Fieldshop Coordinator is responsible for the materials used on a day-to-day basis for the internal customers, material inventories in SAP ensuring correct stock levels and high quality of reliability of the Data Base and provide administrative support by purchasing products to Italian local suppliers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:
- Review, compare, analyse products/services to be purchased, reporting to the Supervisor and executing the purchases;
- Occasionally, generate Material Transfer Forms (MTFs) for Fieldshop deliveries.
Warehouse Tasks:
- Process orders for internal customers (Fieldshop Requests);
- Daily physical inventories in the Warehouse/IBC;
- Maintain Fieldshop material inventory in SAP system;
- Adhering to safety guidelines and industry standards during works.
Skills & Requirements
- Relevant/ suitable tertiary certifications or qualifications is advantageous;
- Proficiency in Italian is essential;
- Working proficiency of English is important;
- Driver’s License is required with a minimum of 3 years driving;
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure and stress situations;
- Must be physically capable to carry out certain tasks required by this role;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety practices.

- The position is based at the IBC and Olympic Warehouse;
- Subject to national/international criminal background checks;
- This position starts on 15 October 2025 and ends on 24 March 2026.
